Implemented through an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) framework in conjunction with the Town of Drayton Valley, this project exemplifies effective project management and teamwork. Despite the challenges such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the project team persevered, ensuring the timely completion of the Aquatic Centre.
