Bert is the founder of AltaPro Electric and has been in the industry for over 35 years. He is a Certified Master Electrician and is a pioneer in the Design Build and Integrated Project Delivery methods of construction. Bert is a true entrepreneur and innovator leading the AltaPro Team to success. He ensures his team has received lean management training including Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Blue Beam. He has the expertise in his field to make decisions that will deliver value to the Architect, Engineer, Owner and General Contractor as he believes that collaboration is the best method. Bert believes that providing cost savings, providing value engineering & design are his strengths along with a team of expert field and office lends AltaPro to be a leader in the electrical industry.
Bert believes in living to his core values, and has incorporated them into his business. He gives back to community including supporting Hope Mission, Mustard Seed, Edmonton Food Bank, United Way and various other charities.

DAVID DEBRUIN, CME, PME
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
David has been in the electrical industry for over 17 years being involved in a wide range of projects from, multi-family, commercial, industrial and Solar Photovoltaic projects. David has the expertise to understand all aspects of the job from Concept to Completion. Building projects from early stages in design that flow into final commissioning of all systems has made him excel in developing cost effective designs for clients, and providing accurate budgets and estimates. David has key management skills from a PEC Designation, a course that teaches complete company management from accounting, estimating, to contract law and project management. David is managing the renewable generation portfolio for Altapro Electric, responsible for the complete design and “Turn-key” solutions for clients tailored to each site specific need. Committed to the electrical industry starting with R.A.P. (Registered Apprentice Program) at the age of 16, David is a leader in the Design Build Electrical Industry.

CODY SCHOEPP, CME
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Cody was recently involved as Senior Project Manager on two IPD projects, Thelma Chalifoux School and Soraya Hafez School. For both projects he acted as both an SMT and PMT member. Recently he oversaw the electrical design and project management of the brand new “Church of God”, in the Keswick community of Edmonton, AB. This project required low voltage and audio visual integrations.
Cody has sixteen years of experience in the industry and has been involved in a wide range of electrical disciplines. Engaged early on at the age of 16 through the Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP), he has a long standing passion for the electrical field. After finishing his Red Seal Journeyman Apprenticeship, he became a Foreman for a heating and ventilation controls company where he gained knowledge on mechanical systems. Cody’s understanding of electrical and mechanical controls has proven to be an asset in design build systems.
Cody joined AltaPro in 2012, and has since received his Certified Masters Electrician designation. Through his career with AltaPro he has been involved in design build, IPD, estimating, project management and most recently overseeing the internal operations. Cody enjoys working directly with engineers, clients and his team to bring a project from concept to completion.

RYAN HOSKINS
GENERAL FOREMAN / PROJECT MANAGER
Ryan has a wide array of projects from government infrastructure, car dealerships, industrial plants, and large scale design build projects to IPD projects. Ryan Is currently working as a company general foreman supervising multiple project foreman and supporting their development. Ryan has taken Project management courses which allows him to work very effectively with office communication, and constantly exceeds expectations. Ryan’s role as a design build General foreman solving challenging logistics, and navigating complex electrical designs makes him a leader in the Electrical Industry.
As a part of our Executive leadership team Ryan is our field mentor and only runs some of our most challenging projects. Ryan leads the way in his lean material management, and project scheduling. Having an active member of our field crews in the executive leadership team allows us to keep a good pulse on one of the most important aspects of our company.
