Peer to Peer Winners for March 2023
Michael Werner
1st place this month goes to Michael Werner, Mike is a stand-up guy with a great attitude, who does his best to make everyone feel welcome. He is never too busy to thoroughly answer questions or address concerns, which is an important leadership quality. Being easy going, yet firm on decisions, Mike impresses with his ability to coordinate and continually produce task planning assignments. For these reasons and more, Michael will be receiving an AltaPro Hoodie!
Daniel Roy
2nd place was awarded to Daniel Roy, This incredible journeyman explains things in an easy to understand way, which makes him a great teacher. He always comes into work with a smile on his face and radiates optimism; his nominator says that he is, “…always nice to be around.” We can all appreciate how a good attitude can improve any workday. Dan gets his work done efficiently and he deserves recognition for all that he does. For this Daniel will be receiving a gift card!
Justin Dionne
rd place goes to Justin Dionne, who has raised himself up in many situations on his site. Having a residential background, Justin stepped up by requesting training to be able to learn pipe bending so he can perform at a high level of workmanship. He has done this with an open mind and without complaining, knowing that he can improve by asking questions and working hard.
