Peer to Peer Winners for Febuary 2024
Landon Craig
1st place this month goes to Landon Craig. As a first-year apprentice you sometimes get stuck doing fairly tedious tasks, and Landon has spent over three months demoing and prepping lighting fixtures. Not only has he continuously hustled to get his work done efficiently, he has also maintained a positive and upbeat attitude.
Sara Allen
2nd place was awarded to Dallyn Bootsma, who was recently asked to do a long shift on an out-of-town project. After a few weeks Dallyn had completed the majority of the lighting control system, a major #Performance accomplishment. When asked to stay longer to help meet schedule milestones, Dallyn agreed to do another three-week stint and kept the #OneTeam momentum going. A strong leader on all of his projects, Dallyn always takes on challenging tasks with focus and precision, and he is a great apprentice trainer. For this Dallyn will be receiving a gift card!
Ryan Armstrong
Ryan has impressed with his dedication to AltaPro’s core values and our safety program. He is always bringing forward suggestions to improve safety, save workers’ time, and even save AltaPro money. Recently he brought forward the idea to purchase retractable flagging barriers instead of using disposable ribbon, which will save money on consumables and look more professional out in the field. Ryan regularly takes on night shift and goes out of his way to assist other team mates in the service department. Great work!
